The high moral qualities of Prophet Muhammad, may the Prayers and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him, His Parents, and His Family (PBHH), are the embodiment of The Holy Quran. He is Allah's mercy in essence: “And We have not sent you (O Muhammad) but as mercy for all the creation” [21:107]. In fact, Prophet Muhammad is inseparable from the message he delivered, as Allah said: “... Surely, We have been sending Mercy from your Lord; it is He who is All-Hearing, All-Knowing” [44:5-6]. Muhammad (PBHH) is surely a messenger for all people, as Allah said: “We have not sent you (O Muhammad) but as a universal Messenger to all people” [34:28). The Prophet (PBHH) said about himself: "Indeed, I am a bestowed mercy (upon creation)", thus confirming that he is the standard reference for His Message and that he is Allah's mercy sent to all.
Many people have committed the crime of separating the message from the Messenger (PBUH), claiming the ability to interpret the message without referring to the one who delivered it, thereby creating a faulty scale of accountability. Furthermore, they gave themselves the right to hold the Prophet accountable to their scale to find fault in his conveyance of the message, as if Allah had not chosen for His message the most befitting of all His creation in terms of knowledge, integrity of morals, and beauty of form!
